SHPF Release Package (gzipped, 651 Kb). Version 1.9, 10 September 1997.

This is the latest SHPF release. It is a compressed tarfile containing the SHPF software, installation and release notes, a Unix Manual page, and a suite of HPF test and example programs.

After downloading it, save it in a file (e.g. shpf.tar) in a convenient directory for installing SHPF, and enter the command:

  tar -xvf shpf.tar

This will create a subdirectory called shpf containing the software. Then read the file shpf/README for further instructions.
